Description of Duties:

  • Develop and execute adoption roadmaps for the solutions assigned, aligning with business goals and user needs
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and POC, ensuring high engagement and proficiency.
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to improve existing product strategy or identify new opportunities for innovation.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among different teams to ensure a seamless workflow and successful product outcomes
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners
  • Drive co-development or co-marketing opportunities that support the company's strategic goals

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in the same role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Basic understanding in low-code platforms, robotics integration, and API-based systems
  • Hands-on experience with educational robotics platforms a plus
  • Must be able to work effectively with various teams.
  • The ability to travel as needed.
  • Detail oriented.
