Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and franchise partners.
  • Assist in monitoring franchise compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Assist in evaluating franchise performance and preparing reports for management.
  • Help ensure smooth onboarding of new franchise partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of work experience in franchise management, operations, or coordination (food industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
