Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and benefits; process paychecks/direct deposits accurately and on schedule.
- Data Management: Maintain employee payroll records, update pay rates, track hours (timesheets), and manage leave balances.
- Deductions & Compliance: Apply correct tax withholdings, social security, pensions, garnishments, and ensure adherence to labor/tax laws.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed payroll history, tax documents, and other relevant records updated.
- Reporting: Generate payroll reports and assist with audits.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve employee questions about pay, deductions, and timesheets.
- Collaboration: Work with HR on onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and with Finance on reconciliations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
