We are seeking a Corporate Technical Writer to join our team and play a critical role in developing clear, accurate, and compliant documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly skilled in professional English, and has a proven track record of creating structured documents that meet both internal and external regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and maintain corporate policies, control standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory guidelines, internal audit requirements, and international standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate complex processes into concise, step-by-step instructions.
  • Manage documents within platforms such as Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar systems.
  • Uphold professional writing standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and positive framing in all materials.
  • Support compliance and risk management initiatives by maintaining updated and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience writing policies, control standards, and SOPs in a corporate or regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated success in producing documentation aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Strong command of professional English with excellent grammar and style.
  • Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical ability to simplify complex policies into user-friendly documentation.
  • Experience in banking or financial institutions regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), or familiarity with international standards, is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
