Key Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with network engineers, ICT team members, and project managers to understand project scope, technical specifications, and requirements.

·       Develop, update, and maintain detailed documentation including system design, architecture diagrams, configuration guides, implementation plans, and troubleshooting manuals for network solutions involving Palo Alto, Aruba, and Fortinet.

·       Translate complex technical data into clear, user-friendly documentation suitable for both technical staff and end-users.

·       Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational standards and best practices.

·       Support the review and validation of documentation with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy.

·       Assist in creating training materials and knowledge base articles for end users and support teams.

·       Track documentation changes and maintain version control.

·       Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for Palo Alto, Aruba, and Fortinet solutions to ensure documentation remains current.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

·       Proven experience as a Technical Writer, especially within ICT or network projects.

·       Familiarity with network security, firewall, routing, switching, and WLAN solutions.

·       Hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto Networks, Aruba Networks, and Fortinet products.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and end-users.

·       Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, Microsoft Word, or similar.

·       Knowledge of network diagrams and documentation standards (e.g., RFCs, ITIL).
