Visual Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose:

A Visual Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing captivating visual content and strategies that boost brand visibility and support marketing objectives. This role involves designing creative materials, managing visual assets, and evaluating the performance of visual campaigns across both digital and print platforms. Key duties include conceptualizing visuals, translating complex ideas into engaging designs, ensuring brand consistency, and working closely with marketing teams to produce compelling visuals for social media, websites, and promotional efforts.

Job Description:

  • Visual Content Development:

Create high-quality visual materials, including infographics, presentations, social media content, digital graphics, and other marketing collateral.

  • Brand Alignment:

Ensure all visual outputs align with the brand's identity, updating and applying brand guidelines as needed to maintain a unified look and message.

  • Asset Organization:

Manage a structured library of design templates, reusable graphics, and visual resources for ongoing marketing use.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align visual content with strategic business messaging and goals.

  • Trend Awareness:

Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor designs to inform and improve creative output.

  • Performance Tracking:

Evaluate the impact of visual content through data and analytics, using insights to optimize future campaigns.

  • Project Assistance:

Provide design support for various initiatives, such as internal communications, events, and promotional activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Graphic Design Expertise:

Strong command of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and a refined design aesthetic.

  • Creative Thinking & Storytelling:

Skilled in visual storytelling and simplifying complex concepts through design.

  • Team Collaboration:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments.

  • Data Interpretation:

Ability to analyze marketing performance data and apply insights to creative strategies.

  • Detail-Oriented:

High level of precision and consistency in visual execution and brand application.

  • Marketing Insight:

Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, branding, and digital platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
