We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative
Visual Merchandising
Project Specialist
to support the planning, execution, and management of visual merchandising (VM) projects across retail locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring brand consistency, enhancing the customer experience, and driving sales through visually appealing store layouts and displays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and reports
  • Adjust scope, deadlines, and budgets as needed while managing risks
  • Serve as main contact for stakeholders and lead regular team meetings
  • Ensure clear communication across teams and assign tasks effectively
  • Promote continuous improvement in project management processes
  • Support troubleshooting, prioritization, and documentation of development work
  • Conduct inventory of brand modules/fixtures in the warehouse
  • Coordinate with contractors and visit warehouses as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in administration or office management, preferably in FMCG or cosmetics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with office management systems
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Willing to travel occasionally to the Visual Merchandising Team Warehouse
  • Can start immediately; amenable to work in
    BGC, Taguig City
