We are seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist with a strong BPO background and excellent client-facing skills. In this role, you will support the end-to-end implementation process for our clients—combining project coordination, communication, and problem-solving to ensure successful onboarding and setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client implementation projects from kickoff to completion
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients to understand requirements and project milestones
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communications via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support setup and configuration of systems or services
  • Ensure a smooth and professional client onboarding experience

Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of BPO experience, preferably in a client-facing or support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience speaking directly with clients, understanding needs, and resolving issues
  • Experience in project coordination or basic project management is a strong plus
  • Ability to handle a combination of client calls and project management tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
