Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Taguig. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions that optimize operations. The role involves creating reports, preparing recommendations, improving workflows, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position requires working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and solve complex business problems
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and developing comprehensive business requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience in understanding and improving Business Processes
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with financial and banking systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative on-site environment
