We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our thriving contact centre located in Pampanga, Central Luzon. This is a full-time role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries with professionalism and empathy
  2. Assisting customers with a wide range of queries and resolving issues efficiently
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
  5. Adhering to call quality standards and key performance metrics
  6. Participating in ongoing training to develop your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries
  3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential
  5. Commitment to delivering a consistently high level of customer service
  6. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
