BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DUTIES:
- Being the first point of contact, greeting visitors, answering, managing mail and deliveries.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, providing informations, and performing administrative duties like filing and data entry.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
- College degree or Vocational Training in Administrative studies or Hospitality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent customer service, strong communication, and organzational skill to ensure smooth operations and a positive impression of the company.
- Experience in a front desk or administrative role.
