Position: End-User | Support Desk Personnel L1 and L2

Location: Quezon City

Schedule: Shifting (Day/Mid/Night)

Salary: Php 30,000 to Php 40,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Open to Bachelor's degree holders and undergraduate high school graduates
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or international technical support account
  • At least 1 year experience handling IT hardware and software-related support
  • Looking for candidates with stable work history (minimum 1 year tenure in a Service
  • Desk role)
  • Hands-on experience in ticket resolution and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Preferably residing near Quezon City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for IT-related inquiries through phone,email, and chat channels
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity forend-users
  • Log, monitor, and escalate incidents and service requests using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
  • Perform routine tasks such as password resets, user access management, and ensureadherence to security protocols
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base, documenting solutions and troubleshooting procedures for future reference
