About the role
Igo Digital High Technology is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Record Keeper to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring the integrity of our accounting data.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately record all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain detailed transaction logs
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
- Provide support in the management of physical and digital financial records
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the finance and accounting functions
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a record keeper or in a similar administrative role within the accounting/finance industry
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting best practices
