Position Overview

We're seeking a Part-Time Admin Virtual Assistant who can work independently and has strong communication and marketing support skills. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives on helping others stay organized, streamlining systems, and coordinating tasks across a creative team.

Working Hours

  • Part-time: 4 hours/day
  • Must have some overlap with Eastern Time (ET)
  • Afternoon hours preferred to align with the team in California
  • Flexible schedule for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain Google Drive folders for multiple clients
  • Manage projects using Notion (task updates, follow-ups, team collaboration)
  • Build and maintain SOPs for internal processes (e.g., social media, tagging, collaboration structures)
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate with external creatives and contractors
  • Liaise between the client and team (web, creative, & social media freelancers)
  • Act as the go-to point for internal project communication
  • Ensure accurate file naming and asset categorization

Admin Duties

  • Digital housekeeping and system maintenance
  • Maintain consistent folder structures across clients
  • Prepare project briefs/templates for team use
  • Weekly reporting and updates
  • No client-facing or finance-related tasks at this time
  • No calls or phone support required (no calls or voicemail handling)

Marketing Background Preferences

  • Familiarity with social media tools, platforms, and content processes
  • Experience with graphic/video/content review and supporting creatives
  • Able to understand brand tone, visual preferences, and delegate tasks clearly
  • Marketing agency experience a strong plus
  • Trainable in client's agency style - must be detail-oriented and a good communicator
  • Bonus: Familiar with email marketing and campaign planning

  • Slack (optional, if needed for collaboration)

Job Details:

  • Hours: 4 hours per day, 80 hours per month.
  • Schedule: Flexible hours & work onsite
  • Availability: Can start ASAP

Compensation: Competitive monthly rate based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
