  • Conducts regular rounds/inspection of all building airconditioning equipment / air handling units.
  • Ensures that all equipment are in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
  • Reports to Facilities Engineer or Supervisor any noted defects on the equipment, incidents andaction taken to rectify the matter.
  • Implements instructions from Facilities Engineer or Supervisor on matters that require immediate attenation.
  • Monitors operation of air conditioning, cooling systems, freezers, cold storages, etc.
  • Accomplish daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance ( weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual)
  • Monitor Preventive Maintenance conducted by the contractors sych as but not limited to airconditioning equipment, chillers, air handling units, freezers, cold storages, etc.
  • Endorse to incoming technician accomplished and unaccomplished activities for the day to ensure continuity of programmed activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php19,500.00 per month
