Summary of the Role

The Kitchen Team Leader supports the kitchen team in the daily preparation and cooking of ramen dishes and side items. They assist senior chefs in executing ramen recipes consistently, maintaining broth quality, preparing toppings, and ensuring the kitchen remains clean and organized. Their responsibilities include preparing fresh ingredients, assisting in broth preparation, adhering noodles to the correct texture, organizing storage areas, and helping with inventory. Kitchen Team Leaders are expected to follow strict food safety and quality standards while learning ramen-specific kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or any related courses (4-year or 2-year course)
  • With at least 2 years of experience as a Chef preferably in Casual Dining Set-Up or Japanese Cuisine Restaurants
  • Has experience in preparing ingredients accurately, plating, and presenting food items as per the Kitchen Supervisor's instructions.
  • Receiving deliveries and making sure that all ordered items are of excellent quality and are delivered on time
  • Willing to be assigned in Tagaytay.
