JOB SCOPE:
- Manage and maintain HRIS records and database.
- Oversee and review timekeeping and payroll processes.
- Monitor employee attendance, schedules, and leave credits.
- Prepare and submit timekeeping-related reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, HR, Business Administration, or related field (IT-related course preferred)
- Experience in HRIS management and timekeeping
- Knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws
- Proficient in MS Excel and detail-oriented
