Senior HR Specialist

Work base: Compostela, Cebu

Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.


• At least 2 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HR operations.


• Experience in handling government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including processing, monitoring, and compliance.


• Hands-on experience in managing HMO enrollment, updates, and utilization monitoring.


• Knowledge and experience in using HRIS for employee records and HR transactions (EXACT System).


• Proficient in preparing Certificates of Employment (COEs) and other HR-related documents.


• Experience in administering health and accident insurance programs for employees.


• Experience in handling manpower reporting under her scope.


• Experience in general HR functions such as onboarding, orientation, employee movements, timekeeping coordination, and handling employee concerns.


• Ability to assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with company rules and labor regulations.


• Experience in supporting recruitment activities when needed (sourcing, screening, scheduling).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.


• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
