Requirements

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Serve as the main contact for all customer cargo service activities and inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hazardous materials handling regulations.
  • Organize and manage cargo warehouse operations, including task scheduling and manpower planning.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Oversee cargo handling processes, including drop tests and quality issue resolution.
  • Coordinate shipping requirements and ensure proper permits/licenses for dangerous or controlled goods.
  • Represent the company with airlines and Cargo Terminal Operators, monitoring KPIs and service standards.
  • Manage day-to-day cargo operations: acceptance, handling, loading/unloading, and contractor oversight.
  • Plan driver routes and manage parcel returns to meet delivery timelines and performance goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues faced by delivery partners, merchants, and customers.
  • Monitor flight FSU's and send tickets using App sheet
