Job Title: Site Engineer for Telecommunication Projects

Job Description:

The Site Engineer for Telecommunication (Telco) Projects will oversee and manage on-site construction activities for telecommunication towers and related infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining quality and safety standards, coordinating with multiple teams, and adhering to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

*Project Supervision: Lead and monitor construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

*Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets engineering and company standards and adheres to client specifications.

*Coordination: Liaise with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.

*Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries, and quality assurance documentation for project tracking.

*Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues related to construction, quality, and safety, proposing effective solutions when challenges arise.

*Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting risk assessments and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

*Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunication tower construction (Full Turn-Key).

*Preferably Site Engineer in Civil/Construction Engineering.

Skills:

*Strong understanding of telco project requirements, including telecommunication tower specifications and FTK processes.

*Proficiency in project management software and site planning tools.

*Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*Knowledge of safety standards and quality control practices specific to telecommunications infrastructure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
