The Project Management Team (PMT) Supervisor is responsible for providing support to Project Manager (PMT), coordinating various aspects of project implementation, ensuring timely progress, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves close collaboration with Operations and Support Teams to support the successful execution from commencement to completion of the Project.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Assists in overseeing the planning process, clearly defining each project's scope, goals and objective.

· Assists in overseeing the development of detailed plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables creating a foundation for a solid execution.

· Keeps track of the execution of the project plan in accordance with project budget and timeline. Ensure cost optimization and cost-efficiency.

· Coordinate with various departments (QA/QC, Safety, Engineering, Procurement) to resolve on-site issues.

· Ensure proper documentation of site instructions, variations, and punch listing for project completion and turnover.

· Assists the Project Manager in updating work progress reports, site documentation, and project status updates.

· Monitor the implementation of cost-effective quality.

· Recommends which methods and strategies best suit to the project's unique requirements.

· Participates in assessing processes and procedures, providing input for risk management interventions.

· Assists the Project Manager in verifying that all project deliverables are complete and aligned with agreed-upon scope.

· Oversee the archiving of all project files, and documents and records.

· Assists in evaluating project performance against baseline, comparing actual results with initial objectives, identification deviations and opportunities for enhancement.

· Perform ad-hoc task assigned from time to time

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture

· Preferably Licensed

· At least 5 years' experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong project management skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

· Must be an analytical and critical thinker, highly organize, and keen attention to details.

· Amenable to work in Makati City
