ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Radiance Solar Solutions Inc. was established in 2020. We are the general contractor, dealing primarily on managing full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects and providing solar energy services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities, ensuring they align with project schedules and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the Project Management Team, Subcontractors, and Clients for smooth project execution.
  • Conduct detailed site inspections and progress monitoring, preparing daily reports on work performance and issues encountered.
  • Ensure that construction work meets engineering designs, local building codes, and safety standards.
  • Lead site meetings with Project Engineers, Subcontractors, and other stakeholders to review project progress and address concerns.
  • Identify and report any project risks or delays, proposing corrective measures when necessary.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the project team during construction activities.
  • Coordinate site mobilization and demobilization, ensuring resources and equipment are properly managed.
  • Fulfill other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With at least 10 years of working experience as Civil Engineer
  • Experienced in managing/supervising a team
  • Preferably with experience working in Solar Industry
  • Willing to be assigned/relocate in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
  • Can start as soon as possible

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
