We're looking for a Field Sales Representative who's confident, driven, and knows how to build strong relationships with customers. This role is key to helping us reach more drugstores, doctors, clinics, hospitals, and LGUs with our high-quality and affordable medicines and medical supplies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Actively look for new customers in assigned areas (drugstores, hospitals, doctors, LGUs, and clinics).

Visit clients regularly to promote our generic medicines, medical supplies and healthcare products.

Explain product benefits, pricing, and promos clearly and professionally.

Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on customer needs.

Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to area growth.

Submit daily reports, feedback, and market observations.

Attend company training's, meetings, and events when needed.

Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Marketing, Pharma, or related fields preferred).

Experience in Pharmacy Sales or Retail Pharmacy Operations

Knowledge of Open Market Medicines

Strong sales, field sales, or customer service background

Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to hit targets and grow the business

Can work independently and manage time well.
