About the Role

We are expanding our operations and looking for two Field Sales Executives to represent SANY Environmental Sanitation Equipment, one of China's largest and most respected heavy-equipment manufacturers.

Our products include:

Garbage Compactor Trucks

Hooklift / Dump Trucks

Water Tankers

Road Sweepers

Vacuum / Septic Trucks

Garbage Transfer Equipment

SANY is now strengthening its dealer network in the Philippines.

This role focuses on visiting partner companies, introducing our products, and supporting our sales expansion nationwide.

Target clients include:

  • Government bidding contractors
  • Waste management companies
  • Truck body-builders
  • Industrial waste firms
  • Nickel mining companies

We have about 100 key companies nationwide, and you will be visiting them with full company support.

This is a professional field role similar to Medical Representatives / Insurance Consultants / Real Estate Brokers, requiring excellent communication skills and a polished, confident appearance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Visit assigned companies daily (body-builders, LGUs, dealers).
  • Represent SANY products professionally to decision-makers.
  • Build relationships with industry partners and potential dealers.
  • Gather project and market information.
  • Submit basic daily visit logs.
  • Attend meetings and product training.
  • Work closely with management to expand the SANY brand.

Transportation is fully provided — Angkas / Grab will be booked by the company's admin.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (any course).
  • Strong English and Tagalog communication skills.
  • Business proficient level of English is required for effective client interactions.
  • Excellent grooming and professional presentation (medical-rep level).
  • Confident, positive, and good at relationship-building.
  • Willing to travel daily using company-arranged transportation.
  • Sales, fieldwork, real estate, pharmaceutical, insurance, or client-facing experience is a strong advantage (but not required).
  • Previous heavy equipment or industrial sales experience is required.
  • Fresh graduates with strong personality and good communication are welcome.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
