About the role

Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the hospital's treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash management and supporting the overall financial strategy. The role is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doin

  1. Prepare and monitor the Daily Cash Collection Report from cashier's daily transactions.
  2. Handle daily deposits of cash and checks.
  3. Monitor and reconcile credit card transactions with bank terminal charge slips.
  4. Generate daily, monthly, and periodic reports, including professional fees, unapplied payments (BizBox HIS), and other financial monitoring.
  5. Prepare and file incident reports, notices to explain, and change fund requests.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a treasury or finance role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of treasury management principles, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk mitigation
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry
