Job Title: In-House Pilates Instructor

Location: Antipolo Rizal

Position Type: Part-time / Full-time (specify as applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

Pilates Instruction:

Conduct Pilates classes aligned with our studio's philosophy, ensuring a safe and effective experience for clients.

Adapt and modify exercises based on clients' needs and fitness levels, promoting inclusivity and engagement in all sessions.

Client Interaction:

Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their goals, and providing personalized attention.

Create a welcoming and motivating environment that encourages participation and community spirit.

Continued Learning:

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your teaching skills and deepen your understanding of Pilates methodologies.

Engage in ongoing professional development, maintaining current knowledge of best practices in wellness and fitness.

Administrative Support:

Assist with studio operations as needed, including client scheduling, studio upkeep, and participation in studio events.

Promote studio services, events, and workshops, contributing to a vibrant and active studio community.

Qualifications:

Degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Dancer, or a related field (preferred).

Passion for holistic wellness and a strong desire to make a positive impact on clients' lives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and foster a supportive community.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of multitasking in a busy environment.

No prior Pilates teaching experience required; training sponsorship will be provided to successful candidates.
