About the role

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and beverage experiences for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to customers
  2. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their preferences
  3. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety
  4. Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of new beverage menu items
  6. Assist with training and mentoring of junior team members

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent knowledge of coffee and tea preparation, including latte art and other specialty techniques
  3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a memorable experience for customers
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  7. Valid work visa or authorisation to work in the Philippines is required
  8. Experience with commercial automatic coffee machines is preferred
