Payments, Risk, and Fraud Analyst (iGaming) Pasay

Job Responsibilities

  • Review accounts and process withdrawals all while maintaining a high confidentiality level, according to internal procedures.
  • Perform a risk assessment of new/current players throughout their customer journey
  • Evaluate, review, and approve KYC documents sent in by players while using your expertise to prevent fraud
  • Handle daily payment-related reports and ensure that all tasks performed are in line with the set internal processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with 3rd party service providers in order to solve payment processing issues and provide a high level of service.
  • Respond to all payments-related queries sent through the different communication channels, ensuring that provided information is true and accurate.
  • Actively contribute to improving current internal processes in order to enhance the customer experience as well as the effectiveness of the team.
  • Perform various checks in order to prevent fraud, bonus abuse, and money laundering.
  • Ensure a good customer experience through the entire player lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • An awesome team player, eager to improve the Payments, Risk, and Fraud team.
  • You have 2+ years' experience working within a similar environment
  • You are an expert in risk management, including KYC procedures, transaction monitoring and customer due diligence.
  • Knowledgeable about online payments, gaming accounts, risk and fraud;
  • A strong interest in the gaming industry (sports, gaming, poker, betting) is a plus
  • Understanding of counter-fraud, compliance, and/or AML would be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
