Manages the full hiring cycle, from writing job descriptions and sourcing candidates (online, job boards, networks) to screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers, all while partnering with hiring managers and promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent

Job Description

  • Review applications, conduct phone/video/in-person interviews, administer assessments, and shortlist candidates.
  • Extend offers, negotiate terms, conduct background checks, and manage the new hire paperwork and orientation process.
  • Act as the first point of contact, build relationships with candidates, and communicate with hiring managers.
  • Partner with managers to define staffing needs, develop recruitment plans, and create strong job descriptions.
  • Maintain candidate data in HR systems (HRIS) and track recruitment activity.

Job Specification:

  • Proven experience (1-2 years is a strong advantage) in the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have good Work Ethics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
