We're looking for a Credit Analyst / Parabroker (Contractor) with at least 2 years of Australian mortgage processing experience to join our friendly, growing remote team.

This role focuses on refinance and purchase loan applications, supporting brokers by reviewing client scenarios, preparing lender submissions, and managing files through to settlement.

About the Role
  • Review documents and assess client eligibility for refinance and purchase loans
  • Conduct serviceability calculations and compare lender options using broker tools (AOL, Mercury, Broker Engine, and GoHighLevel)
  • Prepare lender submissions and compliance documentation for broker sign-off
  • Liaise with brokers to clarify client scenarios and documentation requirements
  • Order valuations, track applications, and follow up with lenders for updates
  • Action conditional approvals and Missing Information Requests (MIRs)
  • Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and solicitors from submission through to settlement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with post-settlement tasks such as pricing and rate reviews
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker (credit, parabroking, or loan processing role)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian lender policies (major banks & non-banks)
  • Proficient in AOL, Mercury, Broker Engine, and GoHighLevel
  • Experience with at least 2 of the following broker platforms: AOL, Mercury, Broker Engine, and GoHighLevel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Analytical, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team
  • Minimum high school qualification required

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Sydney time (with 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
  • 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Philippine time
