We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Document/Contract Specialist with a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in airport infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing contract documentation, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and supporting the successful delivery of complex airport design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Prepare, review, and manage all contractual documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports for airport-related facilities, including runways, taxiways, aprons, terminals, and ancillary structures.
  • Design & Construction Supervision: Oversee and coordinate design reviews and construction supervision activities to ensure adherence to approved plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Cost Evaluation & Analysis: Prepare and evaluate cost estimates, bid documents, and tender submissions, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing for airport projects.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth execution of contracts and timely resolution of issues.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all documentation and processes comply with international airport standards (ICAO, FAA) and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Licensed Civil Engineer with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of combined experience in the design and construction supervision of airport facilities.

  • Proven expertise in specification development, cost estimation, and contract evaluation for large-scale infrastructure projects.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of airport design standards, construction methodologies, and material specifications.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working on airport development projects, including airside and landside facilities.
  • Familiarity with international aviation standards and best practices in airport construction and maintenance.
