JOB POSTING — CebuAll-Around Operations & Sales Coordinator

Cebu City (Field + Warehouse Work)

Starting Salary: ₱18,000/month

We are expanding in Cebu and looking for a hardworking, all-around coordinator who can handle warehouse tasks, basic sales calls, logistics, and payroll support.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who's organized, trustworthy, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Handle basic sales calls & inquiries
  • Collect client requirements & forward to Manila HQ
  • Assist in sending quotations & follow-ups
  • Manage & organize warehouse materials
  • Weekly inventory reporting (Google Sheets)
  • Coordinate deliveries & assist loading/unloading
  • Photo documentation (before/after)
  • Coordinate installers & monitor work progress
  • Gather timesheets & assist payroll reporting
  • Process small material purchases & reimbursements
  • Keep tools & stock secured and accounted for

Qualifications

  • At least HS/College level
  • Good communication skills (Cebuano/Tagalog)
  • Basic Google Sheets/Excel knowledge
  • Organized & hardworking
  • Trustworthy & responsible
  • Can assist in loading/unloading when needed
  • Experience in construction/logistics = advantage
  • Work Setup
  • Office/Warehouse + field work
  • Mon–Sat (flexible, depending on delivery schedule)

Compensation

₱18,000 starting salary/month
