We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to oversee our marketing efforts in the Property Management and Real Estate sectors. This role will focus on driving brand visibility, developing innovative marketing strategies, and managing a digital content manager to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the property management and real estate markets.

Content Management: Supervise the Digital Content Manager to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms.

Brand Development: Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, and email marketing to maximize reach and engagement.

Project Management: Manage marketing projects on behalf of SPCE, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decisions and optimize future efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing leadership role, preferably in real estate or property management but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and content strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
