We're searching for a driven Sales & Marketing professional who thrives on autonomy and impact. As our very first Sales & Marketing hire, you'll be the architect of our growth strategy—crafting campaigns, building funnels, and opening doors to the right clients across industries from logistics to finance. What are you expected to do?

Sales Development

  • Reach and engage inbound/outbound leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects against key criteria and book discovery calls for the team.
    Keep lead interactions organized and up-to-date in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Marketing & Growth

  • Execute email campaigns, lead nurturing flows, and social outreach initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing to promote content, track campaigns, and analyze performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen positioning.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and funnel performance.

Strategy & Process

  • Pioneer sales and marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
  • Drive meeting generation and ensure seamless client handovers.
  • Contribute to content, proposals, and pitches with a sharp, strategic eye.
  • Refine workflows and processes to continuously improve sales and marketing efficiency.

You'll be a great fit if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a marketing, sales development, or lead generation role
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are comfortable reaching out to leads and holding introductory conversations
  • You have familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic marketing automation tools
  • You have experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry
  • You have a familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Google Analytics, or SEM tools
  • You have an understanding of inbound marketing and lead scoring
  • You take initiative, can work independently, and are eager to drive results without constant oversight.
  • You are proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What to Expect in the Process?

  • You'll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we'll let you know if things need to move quicker.

  • If all goes well, we'll complete reference checks and requirements quickly—so we can get that job offer to you without delay.
