Job Description
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have

Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
Assist with performance management procedures
Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records
7.Must be organized
8.Strong leadership and good company culture
Qualifications:
-Must be College graduate of any 4 years courses.
Knowledgeable in MS office application mainly in Excel.
Experience in doing varied clerical and administrative task.
Willing to start immediately.
