ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HR Specialist, you'll play a key part in managing end-to-end talent acquisition, nurturing a healthy work culture, and maintaining organized, compliant HR records. This position is ideal for someone energized by fast-paced environments and passionate about making a difference through HR excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Work closely with department heads to align hiring plans with business objectives.
  • Source and screen applicants using online platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct interviews, manage job offers, and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support a culture of transparency, collaboration, and respect.
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace issues.
  • Roll out engagement initiatives that boost morale and build team cohesion.
  • Ensure alignment with labor regulations and internal policies.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and in compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Assist in generating HR reports and preparing for internal or external audits.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of HR experience or internship experience in a related function.
  • Excellent organization skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and HR systems/tools.
  • Clear and confident communicator.
  • Knowledge of PH labor regulations is an advantage.
