Role Summary
The E-Commerce Media Lead drives ANP efficiency, traffic growth, and conversion across B2C marketplaces and B2B models. This role leads ASEA zone onsite and offsite media strategy, strengthens retailer partnerships, and elevates performance marketing excellence to accelerate online sales in key Southeast Asia markets (Focusing Vietnam, Indonesia and The Philippines).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize ANP and media investments to maximize ROI across platforms.
Drive onsite and offsite media strategy and execution, including package, search, display, CPAS, Google Shopping, Live-Ad, Livestreaming and Affiliates, and other retailer media marketing solutions.
Partner with E-Commerce Country Leads and brand teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and store-level visibility plans
Partner with E-Commerce Content Leads to ensure content accuracy and syndication across all stores, SKUs, bundles, and thematic campaigns.
Analyze media efficiency, shopper traffic, conversion rates, pricing, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Develop dashboards and insights to improve ROI and guide future media allocation.
Requirements
5+ years in eCommerce media, marketplace marketing, or performance marketing.
Strong understanding of Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and retailer media solutions.
Proven ability to manage ANP, optimize media spend, and drive traffic & conversion.
Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working in a multi-country matrix environment.
FMCG or consumer goods experience preferred.
