The
E-Commerce Lead
is responsible for driving the overall strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational excellence of the company's e-commerce business. This
role oversees platform sales strategies, product assortment, campaign participation, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and sales targets.
The E-commerce Lead works closely with content, marketing, operations, and platform partners to deliver consistent growth and a seamless online shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies across all online sales platforms (TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
Stay updated on platform trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
2. Platform & Campaign Management
- Oversee product listings, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and compliance with
platform guidelines.
Manage participation in major platform and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with platform account managers for promotions, placement
opportunities, and sales optimization.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, making quick adjustments to maximize sales
and conversion.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with KOL & Content teams to align influencer activities, short videos, and live
streams with sales objectives.
Coordinate with marketing for campaign assets and brand messaging.
Partner with merchandising and ecommerce operations teams to ensure stock
readiness and smooth order fulfillment.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs such as GMV, conversion rates, AOV, SKU performance, and
customer retention.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for
improvement.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable
insights for management.
5. Customer Experience & Retention
Oversee customer service operations to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor product reviews, returns, and complaints to address recurring issues.
Recommend and implement retention strategies.
6. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, including the BD OAicer (e-comm), KOL
Associates (sales execution), and Customer Experience team.
Set clear KPIs, track progress, and provide regular feedback.
Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture within the online sales team.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of e-commerce management experience, ideally in beauty, FMCG, or
lifestyle industries.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth through platform management and campaign
execution.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-functional teams.
Proficiency in marketplace tools (TikTok Seller Center, Lazada/Shopee Seller
Center) and analytics platforms.
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig
