Role Description We’re looking for 2 creative and collaborative UI/UX Designers to join our growing technical team This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cabalantian, Bacolor, Pampanga, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll help shape how users experience our platforms — from design concept to final interface. You’ll work closely with developers, project managers, and fellow designers to turn complex ideas into intuitive, beautiful, and functional digital experiences. You’ll also help produce visuals for campaigns and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our design systems. Key Responsibilities Design clean, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces using Figma . Translate user and business requirements into intuitive layouts, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborate with developers, managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts. Create visuals and graphics for digital materials, presentations, and product interfaces. Maintain and evolve the company’s design system for consistent brand alignment. Contribute creative ideas to enhance overall user experience and accessibility. Participate in project reviews, providing design insight and constructive feedback. Support video editing and visual design requirements for marketing and product materials. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Science , or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related creative field. Proficient in Figma and familiar with Filmora or other design tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive web design. Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing. Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React.js ) is a plus. Good visual communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
