The Program Associate, directly reporting to the Program Manager, executes administrative tasks related to the conduct of the program's classes, academic activities, and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Program Director, Program Manager in preparation of the standard presentations and reports.
  • Provide assistance in researching for materials to be used by the faculty members
  • Assist in the execution of class operations and requests of the program director/supervisor.
  • Assist in collecting data and sending reports to ask for basic analysis as needed.
  • Assist in encoding data and processing forms as needed by the team.
  • Assist in producing, digitizing, and organizing materials needed by the team or requested by the faculty.
  • Assist the team with scheduling meetings and mentoring sessions.
  • Organize and preserve all program related files and secure its confidentiality.
  • Assist in student recruitment activities of the institute.
  • Assist participants with the required documents needed to submit to CHED.
  • Communicate with the participants who were not interested and insist them to join.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of any bachelor's degree; preferably in business management

Minimum Experience: At least 2 - 3 years of work experience
