Overview

  • A Junior Data Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with foundational analytical skills who are eager to grow in data analysis and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to support analysis and model development.
  • Run basic queries and generate reports using SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Assist in identifying trends, correlations, and insights using data exploration techniques.
  • Use AI-powered analytics tools (e.g., AutoML platforms, AI assistants, embedded ML functions) to generate insights and automate routine analysis.
  • Help design and maintain automated data workflows using AI-driven data preparation and transformation tools.
  • Use AI-based forecasting or anomaly detection tools to support business planning and operational monitoring.
  • Assist in validating AI-generated insights to ensure accuracy and bias-free data outputs.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools and techniques to improve efficiency in reporting and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Familiarity with at least one analytics language or tool (Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
