Description:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections to promote the hotel's facilities and services
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with hotel objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue from various market segments
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely and effective communication such as attending sales blitz and ensuring accounts receivables are closed
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, bridal fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the resort
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business
  • Address and resolve client complaints and issues effectively
  • Conduct post-event/stay follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Organize and conduct familiarization trips or ocular for potential clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or better
  • At least 6 months – 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing or similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Possesses good administrative skills, organizational and team management skill, including basic record-keeping and reporting
  • Ability to lead and make decisions; experienced in coaching and developing subordinates
