Job description

Requirements:

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
  • Implements Maintenance regimes/SOP based on SFG20 and compliance to Green building standards
  • Monitor and optimize energy and water usage to promote sustainability and cost savings.
  • Implement energy conservation measures and integrate renewable energy solutions.
  • Provide technical support for building systems, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them promptly.
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality maintenance and repair services.
  • Ensure all building systems comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Support initiatives to maintain and enhance the estate's BERDE certification.
  • Implement eco-friendly practices and promote sustainable building operations.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects related to system upgrades, retrofits, and energy improvements.
  • Prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and compliance audits.
  • Generate reports on energy usage, maintenance activities, and sustainability metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, concessionaires, locators and visitors.
  • Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
  • Ensures delivery of services in compliance with the contract
  • Ensures KPI or SLA with the client are being met.
  • Monitoring and assist in statutory compliances and certifications of the client
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable
  • Ensure Staff KPI are inplace and being met
  • Have an Entrepreneurial mindset and expand ACI business in his/her area by offering solutions and services to locators and concessionaires.

Requirements:

  • PRC Licensed Engineer
  • BERDE Accredited Professional (BERDE AP) or equivalent certification
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar certification is a plus

Additional Information:

  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Availability to be on call during emergencies
