Core Responsibilities

  • Format and align lengthy documents for consistency and readability
  • Check alignment, spacing, fonts, and overall visual presentation
  • Ensure images and graphics are properly placed and optimized
  • Perform grammar and spelling checks on all content
  • Apply brand guidelines and maintain document templates
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize documents for publication
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in document formatting and desktop publishing
  • Ability to work on lengthy documents and ensure visual consistency
  • Basic understanding of design principles and layout best practices
