About the role

We are seeking talented and dedicated Customer Service Agents to join our growing team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Iloilo City, Iloilo. As a Healthcare Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position, offering competitive pay and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing timely and accurate information
  2. Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members
  5. Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience, AT LEAST 3MOS. in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. College/SHS GRADUATE
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and software, with a quick learning ability
  6. Fluency in both English and Tagalog, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  7. A passionate and dedicated approach to providing exceptional customer service
