DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing sales advice based on client needs.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships to earn their loyalty.
  • Answering questions about service outcomes, scheduling and booking service appointments.
  • Performing checklist of customer's vehicle and processing of Repair Order.
  • Providing in-depth information about available parts and service options to the clients.
  • Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost saving and the advantages of trading in.
  • Maintaining consistent customer contact if there will be changes in their service and to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle.
  • Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and service schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably a graduate of Mechanical/Automotive course or any related field.
  • At least 1 year experience as Junior Service Advisor on any automotive dealership.
  • Must have an excellent customer service, problem-solving, confidence and communications skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Willing to be assigned in Taguig City.
  • Willing to render overtime and work on holidays when needed.
