We are an Australian Financial Services Group with a network of over 100 Financial Advisors spanning across Australia. Driven by the purpose of empowering our clients through expert Financial Advice, our Advisors collaborate to craft tailored strategies for every stage of our clients' lives, covering areas such as wealth and retirement planning, superannuation, self-managed superfunds, cash flow management, insurance, Centrelink, aged care, and estate planning.
The Position:
We are on the lookout for full-time Highly Experienced Client Service Administrators (CSAs), to serve as the backbone of support for our valued Financial Advisors and Client Service Managers based throughout Australia.
Based in Manila, the primary responsibility of the CSA role is to complete administrative tasks efficiently, with a specific focus on tasks allocated through Xplan, our financial planning software.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our Australian based Financial Advisors and Client Service Managers (CSMs) to deliver administration services such as:
- Updating client records accurately in Xplan
- Document preparation including client review packs and Fee Consent forms
- Third party research
- Establishing Entities in Xplan. i.e. SMSF, Companies and Trusts
- Completing and processing Advice Documents and implementation of advice strategies
- Completing File Hygiene quality checks on file post implementation
Additional role responsibilities:
- Proactively manage task allocation within Xplan and ensure prompt completion of open tasks.
- Respond promptly to requests and queries received from our valued Advisors and/or CSMs.
- Ensure all files, correspondence and other documentation are saved in an organised manner in Xplan.
- Comply with the Company compliance standards and policies relevant to financial services in Australia.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Min 3 years' experience supporting and AU Financial Planning practice with a proven track record in completing end to end advice solutions.
- Experience with Xplan is essential.
- AU Life Insurance experience covering Life / TPD / IP and Trauma is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of Australian Investment Platforms Panorama/ HUB 24/ Netwealth / Macquarie etc.
- Knowledge on SMSF. Companies and Trusts are highly regarded.
- Knowledge of Wealth Solver / Risk Researcher are highly regarded
- Relevant Business degree in Commerce / Finance and Accounting is highly regarded.
