Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

What will you do as an AI Software Developer?

As an AI Software Developer, you will work with the Digital Production team to recommend and develop technical solutions using a mixture of coded / low-code / no-code generative AI tools and technologies. The purpose of these technical solutions is to enable operational improvements to Products & Services workflows. As part of this role, you will:

• Consider, define & map technical solutions for operational improvement via AI.
• Build technical solutions using a mixture of coded / low-code / no-code generative AI tools and technologies.
• Document, maintain & improve the technical solutions you build.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement via AI.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

As our AI Software Developer, you'd be acting as our team's expert in AI technologies, needing to be confident in making recommendations and working autonomously. You'll understand current AI technologies along will a keen interest in emerging technology.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 1-3 years' experience in AI Software Development or related roles, with proven application of operational excellence in emerging technologies.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, AI or related field.
• Experience with various systems, software, coding languages to be utilised in AI/automation technical solutions (e.g. Azure OpenAI, AWS, n8n, Python, LLMs).
