Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Intern (BDA) in the Philippines to support RChilli's sales growth across the global region. This internship is ideal for ambitious professionals who are passionate about sales, SaaS, and HR Tech, and who want to gain hands-on experience in business development. You will work closely with our senior sales team, learning the fundamentals of lead generation, client outreach, and CRM management while contributing to real-world projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Assist the sales team with outreach via emails, calls, and social media.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects.
  • Support in creating proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Update and maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns.
  • Gain product knowledge of RChilli's HR Tech solutions to confidently communicate value.
  • Leverage ChatGPT and AI tools to:

  • Draft personalized outreach messages.

  • Conduct research on prospects and industries.
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Generate creative ideas for campaigns and pitches.
  • Contribute to achieving team targets and sales pipeline development.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing (mandatory).
  • Prior internship or 3–6 months of exposure in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Filipino/regional languages is a plus).
  • High energy, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
  • Basic understanding of Customer Success Management (CSM) principles such as relationship management, client support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
