We're hiring Insurance Claims/Healthcare Representatives (voice), typically focused on health insurance claims/benefits, handles member and provider inquiries, processes insurance claims, verifies benefits, and resolves related issues through phone conversations.  

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months to one year of BPO experience in a healthcare/insurance claims account is preferred.
  • Preferred Background: Prior experience handling insurance claims, benefits, or prescription drug information is a significant advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills (e.g., C1 level) are essential for phone interactions.
  • Site Preference: on-site role at Molino Bacoor, Cavite.
  • Must be amenable to work on a flexible shift schedule
